Spring is around the corner. These are psychologically trying days for Portlanders. Sunny, clear, blue-sky days have me itching to turn the soil. But the sun is inevitably followed by rain. Lots of rain. I bide my time, watching the beautiful crocus confronting the elements until I don't have to.
