Longmire area. It used to be a natural springs resort. The springs still spring forth. We went on a little nature walk around the meadow.
Since we only had one day at Ranier, we then busted out another hike to some waterfalls before setting up camp.
I realize we don't have any pictures of the friends we were camping with, but they really were there and we had a lot of fun with them. They also cooked up some delicious dutch oven desserts.

I need to know just how cold it was, and if it is possible to have fun even in the cold. And while I'm at it if you like those friends better than me.
Looks a little on the cool and windy side (Sydney's hair) but a fun adventure just the same. I love T's smiling face with braids and a truck sweatshirt.
