(that's the beginning level of competitive gymnastics.  Pretty sure.  We're still learning all the lingo jingo).

This was my first vault at my first meet.  

Doing a mill circle.

After I stand on my tippy toes, I drop on my not-favorite foot.

I was excited when I got second place.  I didn't think I would be called.

First Day of School

 Talmage and Syd picked out their matching shirts for the first day.  They eagerly anticipated riding the bus together to school this year.    They get up at 6:15 a.m.  So they can get their cartoons and video games in before the 7:11 bus [wink].

And this girl -- pretty excited, herself, to start at her "real" preschool.   Clara likes "playing Barbies; Claire rings the bell, when we're done doing jobs, they take our jobs off.  Last time my job was being the caboose.  My friends are Claire; a different Jayce and a Noah; I don't know the other kids in my class."
