Evelyn helped a pal out by loaning her sweater to Miles. Apparently, Miles has a long torso. And looks really sweet in light blue.
The week prior we explored the drylands of Jackson Bottom Wetlands. This time Forest Park offered up interesting flora (above) ...
... and fauna. It's a Snort! They watched this guy work for so long, that he eventually waved at them with the digger. And as if that weren't an exciting enough way to end a hike ... we found one of those fuzzy orange and black caterpillars.
