"Popcorns!"

Family Home Evening was brought to us by the Family Home Evening Resource Manual. As suggested, we sent these boys on a treasure hunt all over the house. They eventually found the treasure, as pictured above. These boys were all over this bowl of popcorn. Which, incidentally, highlights a quirk of the English language. Why do we always refer to popcorn in the singular? Talmage calls it "popcorns", because, obviously, there are/is? more than one.

Treasure hunts and popcorns (yes, T is right!) were always a hit at our house. Briton's first all-by-himself prayer, following a list of "I am thankful for" ended with "I love popcorn". I see that Talmage is car-sitting through FHE and treats. I would expect nothing less.

I'm having Talmage and Robin withdrawls. Too be honest, most of the time I forget there's another kids hanging out at the house. We need to schedule, as much as I hate that, some play time! How does this Friday sound?
